Useful information

• Access to the stalls is not permitted once the performance has begun.
• The Theatre management reserves the right to make any changes to the programme required for technical reasons or force majeure.
• The management also reserves the right to present alternative casts.
• As a rule, children under the age of 6 are not admitted to the Theatre.
• Special arrangements are available for spectators with reduced mobility, by prior contact with the box office (051 529019 / boxoffice@comunalebologna.it).
• For technical or artistic reasons, the Theatre reserves the right to replace the seat originally assigned with an equivalent one.
• Refunds are given only if the performance is cancelled, net of any booking fees. The request must be made within 5 days of the date of the cancelled performance, presenting the ticket or subscription and an identity document.
• No refund is due if the performance is replaced or rescheduled.
• A subscriber who does not attend on the dates covered by the subscription is not entitled to a seat on another date.
• Giving up a subscription during the season does not entitle the holder to any refund, even partial.
• The box office cannot issue duplicate subscriptions or tickets. If one is lost or stolen, admission to the Theatre can only be restored by completing a self-certification at the box office.
• The Theatre management reserves the right to change reserved slots and seats for technical or organisational reasons.

The auditorium opens one hour before the performance begins.

Tickets are personal and non-transferable and are valid only for the date they are issued for; if unused, they are neither refundable nor transferable to another date.

Teatro Comunale reserves the right to run promotional offers over the course of the season.

Photography and audio or video recording are forbidden. Mobile phones must be switched off or in flight mode for the whole performance.
